Information you provide

If you contact Kiln by email, Kiln receives the information you include, such as your contact details, organisation, and project context. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and—if you become a client—perform and administer the engagement.

Project enquiry form

The project enquiry form runs in your browser. Kiln does not receive or store what you type while completing it. The final button opens your own email application with the answers prepared; you can review and edit the message before choosing to send it.

Decision brief builder

The project-brief tool on this website runs entirely in your browser. Kiln does not receive, store, or transmit what you enter unless you copy it and send it yourself.

Legal bases and retention

Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, for Kiln’s legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. Contract, invoice, and administrative records are retained as required by applicable law. Unsuccessful enquiries should not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for follow-up and record-keeping.

Sharing

Kiln does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by essential service providers such as email, hosting, bookkeeping, or professional advisers, subject to appropriate arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact somin@kiln.life first so the request can be handled.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. This notice will be updated before analytics, embedded media, booking tools, or marketing technology are introduced.
